Meet Suzanne Butt
Hi there! My name is Suzanne Butt, and I'm a Canadian illustrator and sculptor under the online handle Bittythings.
Since I was young, I've been fixated on creative pursuits, filling sketchbooks and investigating other artists. This led to being a graduate of Sheridan College with a Bachelor's in Illustration. I've sold my art at a number of craft shows and art fairs, and done comics and illustration work with Jaded Dragon Studios, and the cryptocurrency game Coindroids.
I'm a big fan of nature, mythology, fantasy and horror, and I work that into my art and creature design. Frequent walks around rivers and waterfronts are a big source of inspiration, and a great way to clear my head for my focus with miniatures.
Polymer Clay is my current medium of choice, and I often incorporate beads, sea glass and other found objects into my work. I like to make creatures that make me smile, and it brings me great joy when it can make someone else happy too.
